Booking Policy for Online 1-1 Lessons Thank you for choosing to book an online 1-1 lesson. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience. Lesson Duration: - Each lesson is 30 minutes long. Platform and Technical Requirements: - Lessons will be held on Zoom. - A stable internet connection is required to support the online lessons. Please ensure your internet connection is reliable to avoid disruptions during the lesson. - It is advised that students use headphones to hear better and minimize background noise. Eligibility and Booking: - Lessons are only available to students who cannot attend the school in person. - Booking is subject to availability and must be confirmed. Attendance and Cancellation: - If the student is late and has not communicated their delay, the lesson will be automatically cancelled after 5 minutes. - To reschedule a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours' notice must be provided. - In the unlikely event that the lesson is cancelled by the teacher, it will be made up at another time convenient for both parties. Rescheduling: - Lessons can be rescheduled if 24 hours' notice is given. - In the event that you are unwell, I will make every effort to reschedule the lesson depending on availability. Communication: - It is important to communicate any issues or changes in schedule as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary cancellations and to allow for rescheduling.
