Student progress data (such as quiz scores and feedback) is used to personalise lessons, plan exam groups, and support student placement. The legal basis is legitimate interests or consent. This data may be shared with the instructor (Teresa), WayGround, and relevant exam boards.

Contact information (used for newsletters and updates) is used to send essential updates and promotional communications. The legal basis is consent. Email recipients may opt out of communications at any time.

Data for safeguarding is used to protect minors. The legal basis is a legal obligation, and relevant authorities may be contacted if necessary.

Any personal data processed by these tools is handled securely in accordance with UK GDPR, and all decisions affecting students are reviewed and approved by a qualified instructor.

Safeguarding
For students under 18, certain information may be used to comply with safeguarding requirements, including sharing with relevant authorities if necessary.

Optional Example: A 15-year-old student completes online quizzes and practice logs. The student consents to data collection for lesson personalisation and exam group placement, and parents are informed. All decisions are reviewed by the instructor, not automated.
